She has worked on technical IT projects for international organizations like U.S Mission Uganda, World Bank and United Nations She is a member of the Africa List, International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professionals, 2019 Paris Global Women in Tech Awards winner,2018 Uganda Women4Women Awards.

Cynthia is a tech entrepreneur based in Kampala, Uganda. She has a background in Software Engineering and is passionate about building women in her community primarily focusing on Entrepreneurship and Technology. As the Technology Lead at Zimba Women, Uganda, her main objective is to come up with innovative solutions that can be used to solve the evolving challenges that women are facing in the field of entrepreneurship.
